Biographical / Historical

The congregation was organized in 1891 as an outgrowth of a Sunday School. The first church building was erected in 1892. Pastors: Henry Y. Stoner 1891-1898, Charles E. Schaeffer 1898-1909, Frederick C. Nau 1909-1916, Gustav R. Poetter 1906-1937, Paul T. Slinghoff 1938-1955, LeRoy C. Brumbaugh 1955-1979, Edward W. Rettew, Jr. 1960-1964, Jack H. Haney 1979 .
