Biographical / Historical
The congregation was organized April 24, 1904 under the name "United Evangelical Emanuel Church of North Buffalo." In November of 1904 the cornerstone was laid, with the dedication of the church July, 1905. Pastors included: W. Von Gerichten (1904-1909); J.J. Braun (1909-1915); H.L. Streich (1915-1922); Paul Frankenfeld (1922-1954); Carl Marich (1954-1956); E.E. Sideris (1957-1962); James D. Hakes (1962-?).
