Biographical / Historical
On May 6, 1951 the congregation met in the St. Lawrence Community Hall, Reading, PA to worship for the first time. The Sunday School continued to meet there under the name of Community Church.The church was dedicated March 3, 1963. Pastors who served; 1949-1952 Rev. Dr. Jesse Mengel 1952-1957 Rev. Paul J.
