Biographical / Historical
Emmaus Home at Marthasville was established in 1893 in the buildings vacated by Eden Seminary when it was moved to St. Louis. In 1901 a second home was built at St. Charles, Missouri. The homes are dedicated to providing services to persons with mental disabilities.
